This Refund and Return Policy governs the cancellation, change, and refund conditions for travel and tourism services offered by EVERASCEND, LDA, operating under the Tripnova brand.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Tripnova operates as a travel agency and the majority of the services offered are third-party
2.2 Therefore, refund and cancellation conditions are subject to the rules of the relevant service provider and EU legislation.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LEGISLATION)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU);

Accommodation, transportation, vehicle services that must be performed on a specific date or period;
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal for rental and entertainment services.
Therefore, travel services are outside the scope of the general right of withdrawal.
4. AIRLINE TICKETS
4.1 Cancellation, change and refund conditions for airline tickets are subject to the airline company's tariff rules.
4.2 For non-refundable tickets, no refund will be given unless permitted by the airline.
4.3 Taxes and fees Refunds may be possible according to the relevant airline rules.
4.4 Refund transactions are carried out after the airline's approval.
5. HOTEL RESERVATIONS
5.1 Cancellation and refund conditions for hotel reservations apply according to the cancellation policies stated at the time of reservation.
5.2 No refunds will be given for reservations marked as “Non-refundable”.
5.3 If reservations with a free cancellation period are cancelled within the specified period, a full refund will be given.
6. TOUR AND PACKAGE TOUR SERVICES
6.1 Package tour services are subject to the provisions of the EU Package Tour Directive (EU 2015/2302).
6.2 In case of cancellations made before the start of the tour, the cancellation fees specified in the contract may apply.
6.3 If the tour is cancelled by Tripnova or the service provider, the amount paid will be refunded within the legal periods.
7. CAR RENTAL
Cancellation and refund conditions for car rental services are determined according to the terms and conditions of the relevant car rental company.
8. FORCE MAJEURE REASONS
In case of cancellation or change of service due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, official authority decisions and similar events, a refund or change will be made to the extent permitted by the relevant service provider and EU legislation.
9. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINES
9.1 Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
9.2 Tripnova is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment providers.
10. SERVICE FEES AND COMMISSIONS
10.1 Consulting, reservation and service fees offered by Tripnova may not be refundable.
10.2 These fees may vary depending on the nature of the service and the time of cancellation.
